The following terms and conditions will apply for all contracts and interactions between the customer and NALU UNDERWEAR trademark registered for SC OBLIC DESIGN STUDIO SRL about the delivery of goods, which are ordered in our online shop found on the internet as www.nalu.ro

SC OBLIC DESIGN STUDIO SRL is a company registered in Romania, Cluj-Napoca city, 10 Tulcea street.  The company’s fiscal registration number is  RO40716158, and the number for the Registry of Commerce is J12/832/2019.  

Please make sure you read and fully understand our Terms & Conditions before placing any orders with NALU. If you are using a guardian’s credit or debit card to make a purchase you must let your guardian know about our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before subscribing and/or signing up to our site.

Personal Information

To make a purchase on our website you are not required to register. You can proceed to checkout, as a visitor should you not wish to open an account. To be able to use some of the services and features you will need to create an account with us. To be notified of any promotional offers, discounts and/or special events, you will need to subscribe to our newsletter. You do not need to create an account to subscribe to our newsletter, but can opt to do so once you have created an account and have signed in. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. You must notify [email protected] immediately of any breaches in security or unauthorized use of your account.

ORDER

Acceptance

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order, just an acknowledgement that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and NALU will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we do not obtain authorization for payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock.

We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website at any time, whether or not that particular product has been sold out.

Eligibility 

In order to make purchases through the website, you are required to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. Our site is only available for use to individuals who meet our terms of eligibility and who have been issued with a valid debit/credit card by a bank acceptable to NALU and whose applications are acceptable to NALU.

Pricing Policy

The prices are indicated in LEI including VAT.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. NALU is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.

NALU will not offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or any other promotion that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted price or sale, no price adjustment will be offered should a further sale or price reduction follow.

Payment

By card
Payment can be made by Visa and Mastercard cards, and via Paypal. Debit and credit card payments are processed via MobilPay, a 3D-secure payment gateway provider. 

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of an order acknowledgement email. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to NALU, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

By Cash on Delivery

Payment in Cash are only available in Romania and are processed by GLS. 

Gift Cards

NALU Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
Gift Cards are valid 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the online store www.nalu.ro.
Gift Cards are non-transferable, can only be used on the NALU site for which they are issued and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken.NALU is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
NALU is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
NALU reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.
Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a NALU Gift Card.
Gift Cards can be purchased only with a Debit/Credit Card.

Delivery

NALU will dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen GLS for both Romanian and international deliveries.  The shipping cost vary upon shipping country and number of items ordered.  As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number from us, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and NALU is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

For those countries where GLS deliveries are not available, our chosen partner is DHL.
