What is your return and exchange policy?

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the choice they have made. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, the size is not suitable, or the delivered product does not match with your specifications, or you find a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return your order.

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order has arrived at the delivery address.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
  • Lingerie/swimsuits/bodysuits must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs cannot be returned.
  • Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact.
  • Naturally, any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
    * In case of an international exchange, you will have to cover the shipping cost of the new package.

All the international shipping costs of the return must be supported by the customer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In-stock items are shipped between 1-2 business days after you had placed the order. We do not ship parcels during national holidays and weekends.

Please contact us in case a product appears to be out of stock for an accurate estimation of restock.

Delivery may take up to 7 business days more, depending on your delivery area:

 

  • EUROPE – European Union – 1-3 business days for delivery by your local courier
  • EUROPE, NON-European Union countries – 2-6 business days for delivery by your local courier
  • REST OF THE WORLD – 3-7 business days for customs and delivery by your local courier

Please keep in mind that orders received after 1:00 pm (GMT+2H) will be processed starting the following business day.

How do I find the right size?

Sizing may vary by each brand. Please click on ‘Sizing and dimensions’ for each individual item for specific sizing details.

Please check the sizing information provided for each model and find your size accordingly.

We strongly recommend to check your measurements for the bust, waist and hips in order to make sure you order the right size.

Will you restock items indicated as "out of stock?"

If you are interested in products which are marked as “out of stock” on our website, please contact us for an accurate restock date. Since some pieces are made with deadstock fabrics, some of the products may never come back (this is valid especially for “limited edition” pieces).

How can I modify an order?

If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact [email protected] / whatsapp: +4 0752 796 399 within 24h after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your query. After you receive the shipping confirmation, no modifications can be made.
